The Detox

This is not the album. However it’s just as great. The Detox tea is a refreshing and revitalizing blend that aims to gently cleanse and detoxify the body. One of the key ingredients Elderflower which helps flush out toxins and supports the immune system. Another ingredient in the tea is pineapple which is amazing for gut health because of its richness in enzymes that are good for your stomach. Together these herbs create a delicious and invigorating beverage that can rejuvenate the body and promote a clean healthy body. Instructions: Measure roughly a tea spoon of tea per 8 ounces of water. It’s ok if you go over a little.  Steep for 2-3 minutes in a tea bag or your favorite strainer. Remove tea leaves. Sweeten however you like. Sip and Enjoy.  Ingredients: Green Tea, Holy Basil, Spearmint, Rose hips, Lemon Balm, Ginger, Lemon Grass, Gogi Berries, Hibiscus.
