Bye Aunt Flo tea is a herbal tea blend specially crafted to provide relief and support women during their menstrual cycle. The Herbs combined create a powerful herbal blend to aim to provide a soothing and comforting experience during that time of the month. Instructions: Measure roughly a tea spoon of tea per 8 ounces of water. It’s ok if you go over a little.  Steep for 2-3 minutes in a tea bag or your favorite strainer. Remove tea leaves.
